Experience
J. Daniel Marr's practice includes providing legal counseling and advocacy for businesses and business persons and includes the areas of employment law, entity formation and governance, creditor rights and bankruptcy, disputes between co-owners of businesses and contract negotiation, drafting and enforcement. Additionally he works with clients in trust and estate litigation and real estate litigation including landlord and tenant law. He has experience representing high and low tech manufacturers and service providers, medical and other professionals, developers, contractors, commercial and residential landlords, educational institutions and other business organizations and persons. He litigates matters in both state and federal court including bankruptcy court. Attorney Marr can assist clients to resolve disputes through negotiation, mediation, and arbitration.

Attorney Marr is a member of the Nashua, Massachusetts and New Hampshire Bar Associations and the New Hampshire Trial Association for Justice. He also serves as Chairperson of the Board of Directors of the Nashua Police Athletic League.
