Experience
Attorney Creme concentrates his practice on business and corporate matters, with emphasis on providing professional and business advice to the senior management of public and privately-held corporations and limited liability companies. He has extensive experience representing clients in mergers and acquisitions, commercial contracts, technology licensing, private placement offerings, stockholder arrangements and start-up financing. Of particular interest are the areas of software, emerging technologies and alternative energy. He also works with clients to draft, review and negotiate compensation plans, employment contracts and non-disclosure and intellectual property rights agreements. In addition, Paul has represented senior managers during the separation process. He has been awarded an AV rating, which is the highest rating an attorney can receive from Martindale-Hubbell.
Affiliations Attorney Creme is a member of the New Hampshire and Massachusetts Bar Associations He is a member of the Massachusetts Biotechnology Council and the New Hampshire High Tech Council, Entrepreneur Forum.
