When it is necessary to probate an estate through the New Hampshire or Massachusetts courts, we can represent you or your estate through the entire process. We can assist with trust administration, the establishment and management of guardianships, and can assist you with other matters in the New Hampshire and Massachusetts probate courts.

Many wills, trusts, and estate plans can be handled on an estimated fee basis. More advanced estate plans, probate, trust administration, guardianships, and other matters are normally handled on an hourly basis.
