Attorney Rauseo’s work is concentrated on civil litigation with a particular focus on collaborative law, divorce and personal injury and insurance defense. He is skilled in Alternative Dispute Resolution both within the formal litigation process and pre-suit. He also provides legal counsel and advocacy for clients in the area of family law and insurance defense.
Mr. Rauseo is a member of the Nashua and New Hampshire Bar Associations and served on the NH Bar Board of Governors from 2004 to 2008. Having completed the required training, he has joined the Collaborative Law Alliance of New Hampshire, and on September 26, 2012 was elected to his first two-year term as a member of its Board of Directors, Mr. Rauseo is also a member of the International Academy of Collaborative Professionals and has been appointed to its Public Education Advisory Panel. He holds membership in the American Bar Association and the New Hampshire Association for Justice. Attorney Rauseo has served on the Board of Directors of the Nashua Arts and Humanities Coalition. He has been a member of the Hudson Chamber of Commerce and served on their Board of Directors. He has served on the Board of Directors of Hudson Youth Baseball from 2006 to 2010. Mr. Rauseo was a member of the Suffolk University Law Review. He has been awarded an AV Preeminent rating, which is the highest rating an attorney can receive from Martindale-Hubbell.
