Experience

With over 30 years of legal experience, Ms. Davis concentrates her practice in the area of real estate law. She is familiar with forms of real property ownership and use, real estate financing, zoning and the regulation of land use. Attorney Davis can assist in planning the structure of and negotiating complex real estate transactions, as well as handling the legal analysis and documentation for those transactions.

Community Involvement 

Attorney Davis was the vice-chair of the Town of Amherst Historic District Commission from 1993-2009, member of the Board of Directors of the New Hampshire Bar Association Pro Bono Referral System and an alternate member of the Town of Amherst Zoning Board of Adjustment from 2007 through 2014. She is a former member of the Board of Directors, NH Charitable Foundation – Greater Nashua Region (from 2004 through 2010) and was the Board Chair of the Board of Directors, Greater Nashua Chamber of Commerce from 2010 to 2011, and served on the Advocacy Committee of the Chamber for several years. Ms. Davis is a member of the Nashua, New Hampshire (Member, Real Property, Probate and Trust Law Section) and American Bar Associations.
