When supervised visits are needed in a contested parenting/custody case, finding a suitable supervised visit location can be a difficult obstacle in the case.  Below is a link to a website which lists some of the supervised visitation sites within the State of New Hampshire.

While location of the site is often an important factor, it is strongly recommended that you do a thorough investigation to ensure that the facility has suitable safeguards to protect your child during the visit.  It is recommended that you visit the site and check with the state and the Better Business Bureau to see if there have been any complaints regarding the facility.
If you have any questions regarding supervised visits, please contact an attorney at Hamblett and Kerrigan to discuss.
